THE CHALLENGE

Brackett is an enterprise AI platform that turns the rules, exceptions, and judgment behind everyday operations into tailored, reliable agents.

The brand needed to make a sophisticated product feel clear and credible without relying on familiar AI clichés. As Art Director at Made Studios, I led the brand strategy and developed the initial visual identity, including the logo, typography, color system, website design, and brand guidelines.

The client defined the messaging and wrote the website copy. The Made Studios team developed the final site and produced the animated homepage experience.

THE STRATEGY

The strategic direction centered on the idea of structured intelligence entering active workflows.

‍Rather than presenting AI as something detached from the realities of a business, the brand needed to feel grounded in the rules, systems, and human judgment that already keep operations moving.

That principle shaped the identity: precise but not rigid, technical but approachable, and distinctive without relying on the glowing gradients and futuristic imagery common throughout the AI category.

THE IDENTITY

The logo began with the familiar structure of a bracket, transformed from a passive container into an active signal.

The surrounding forms communicate structure and clearly defined boundaries, while the central negative space represents the moment Brackett’s intelligence enters the picture. The result is a compact mark that can function as a product symbol, digital identifier, and complete wordmark.

Deep ink and midnight blues create a dependable enterprise foundation, while goldenrod introduces warmth, focus, and visibility. Satoshi brings clarity and flexibility across expressive headlines, detailed product explanations, and interface-adjacent applications.

MAKING A COMPLEX AGENTIC PRODUCT FEEL CLEAR

I translated the identity into a marketing website designed to make Brackett’s product model easier to understand.

The experience moves from the operational problem into a clear three-stage system: Capture, Codify, and Compound. Teams demonstrate how work is performed, Brackett converts that knowledge into repeatable agents, and each correction or exception contributes to a growing record of how the organization operates.

Structured layouts, restrained motion, strong typography, and carefully placed golden accents help guide visitors through the story while maintaining the credibility expected by enterprise buyers.

FROM IDENTITY TO LAUNCH

I extended the system across the marketing website, brand guidelines, digital applications, and launch-ready brand assets.

Each touchpoint used the same strategic and visual foundation, giving Brackett a consistent way to explain a complex platform, support enterprise conversations, and establish a recognizable presence in a crowded AI market.

The Made Studios development team brought the responsive website to life, while the animated homepage hero introduced motion and dimensionality to the visual system.

Brackett launched with a cohesive identity, a focused digital presence, and a flexible visual system designed to grow alongside the product.

The completed brand balances the structure and reliability required by enterprise operations with enough warmth and energy to feel modern and distinctive. Rather than presenting Brackett as an abstract AI concept, the system positions it as a practical platform built around the realities of how businesses actually operate.
