INTRO

Wind Stream is a shared AI workspace that lets an entire team work with AI in one place. Instead of knowledge disappearing into individual chats, conversations become shared context the whole team can build on.

At Made Studios, I led the engagement and designed the brand system from the ground up. My work included positioning, creative direction, visual identity, art direction, brand guidelines, the marketing experience, and launch materials.

The product experience was led by Made’s product design lead and is intentionally not presented as part of my work.

THE CHALLENGE

Most AI tools are designed for one person working alone. Wind Stream had a different idea: give an entire team one shared conversation with AI.

The product was entering a crowded category filled with solitary copilots, dark interfaces, synthetic gradients, and increasingly similar visual identities. Wind Stream needed to make its collaborative model immediately clear while establishing a credible and distinctive presence of its own.

THE POSITIONING

We distilled the idea into a simple position:

AI for human collaboration.

Rather than presenting AI as a replacement for people, Wind Stream treats it as connective tissue. It brings a team’s questions, knowledge, and context together so ideas can move more freely between people.

That idea became the foundation for the identity, messaging, website, and launch system.

THE IDENTITY

The dandelion became the central metaphor for the brand: one idea spreading outward, connecting with others, and becoming something larger.

The mark captures that movement in a simple, recognizable form. Its seeds also became a flexible graphic and motion device that could expand across the wider system.

A natural color palette, atmospheric imagery, generous typography, and restrained motion helped Wind Stream feel warmer and more human than the visual language typically associated with AI.

MAKING SHARED AI FEEL SIMPLE

The marketing website centered on one clear product story: one AI conversation, available to the whole team.

Rather than attempting to explain every technical capability, the experience focused on the behavioral shift Wind Stream creates. Teams no longer need to copy, paste, and reconstruct context across separate AI sessions.

The result made a complex collaborative workflow easier to understand for buyers, founders, investors, and modern software teams.

FROM IDENTITY TO LAUNCH

I extended the system across the marketing website, brand guidelines, investor and sales materials, explainer content, social launch assets, and motion.

Each touchpoint used the same visual and verbal foundation, giving Wind Stream a consistent system for explaining the product, supporting sales conversations, and entering the market.

OUTCOME

Wind Stream launched with a distinctive identity, a focused product story, a polished marketing presence, and a flexible brand system designed to grow with the company.

Because the company is still early, long-term business impact is continuing to develop. The immediate result was a credible and cohesive foundation that helped Wind Stream explain its value and enter a crowded category with a clear point of view.
